I still remember about the very fist night when I saw those two men. It was in an art show hosted by Paul Frank, and Robin Kegel leading Crème (now Gato Heroi) at that time. They were doing their things in 5 men band including Ray Barbee, and those sets literarily blew all audience away. On my recent trip up the California coast for visits to Santa Cruz and Ventura I ran into Tiffany Campbell while interviewing Ashley Lloyd. Tiffany was gathering footage of Ashley for her forthcoming film “Dear & Yonder”. She tells me it’s about women from all over who inspire through their connection to the sea. Gary Linden is a legend and a local. Gary is a local in Oceanside California where he has lived since 1979. He has been shaping since 1978 in the very same factory location in Oceanside just blocks from a few fun beach breaks.
