I was first turned on to Years Around The Sun (YATS) by my friends at GLOBE through their amazing surf film “Secret Machine”.
A few songs from their debut E.P.. “Introstay” were peppered throughout the film adding some nice flavor to that diverse and fresh soundtrack.

These guys rock and need to get out more. So more people can get turned on to their oil can echoy charged up garage rock. They are doing a great job actually playing an array of cool shows; the INSIGHT clothing ASR party in San Diego and a film release party at Shelter in Long Beach for Nathan Oldfields warm and soulful film “Seaworthy”.
